We hope that you love the items that you have ordered from us, we do accept that there are occasions when you may need to arrange a return.

We will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with as long as goods are returned in original condition within 14 days of receipt.

Unless the goods are deemed defective, damaged or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Mimi & Berry. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt.. 

Please inspect your goods on arrival. In the event of an item arriving damaged, please inform Mimi & Berry immediately, certainly no later than within 7 days of delivery. Any damaged goods reported later than this will not be accepted. Once we have confirmed receipt of faulty or damaged goods a replacement or refund will be arranged for you. 

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. By ordering from us you are agreeing to all the above conditions.  Thank you.
